When you use Comprehensibl, we collect:

• Account information: Your name and email address from Google sign-in
• WhatsApp number: The phone number where you receive daily sentences
• Preferences: Your chosen book, language pair, and delivery time
• Progress: Which sentence you're up to in each book
• Payment information: Processed securely by Stripe; we don't store card details

• To send you your daily sentence via WhatsApp
• To track your reading progress
• To process subscription payments
• To send service-related communications (e.g., payment confirmations)

Your data is stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure in secure, encrypted databases. We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion at any time.

• Google: For authentication (OAuth)
• Stripe: For payment processing
• WhatsApp/Meta: For message delivery
• Cloudflare: For hosting and data storage

We do not sell your data to third parties.

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your account and data
• Export your data
• Withdraw consent at any time

To delete your account and all associated data:

1. Sign in to your account at comprehensibl.com
2. Go to Settings
3. Scroll to Data & Privacy
4. Click Delete account
5. Confirm deletion

This permanently deletes your account, reading progress, preferences, and WhatsApp connection. This action cannot be undone. Alternatively, email privacy@comprehensibl.com to request deletion.

We use essential cookies for authentication. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
